Semi-automatic test rig type P100S

New test rig conform to the EN normalisation, economic and performing, elaborated in conjunction with the CSTB (service "Enveloppes Légères et Transferts" à Paris) in France. Automatic measuring and data acquisition of air infiltration and deformation. Equipment composed of the following material:
- Test wall completely flat recovered with UPVC , standard dimensions : 2,5 x 3,0 m.
- Mechanical ultra rapid clamp system with 12 pneumatic clamps; thickness of cadres 400 mm.
- Power of the ventilator 4300 Pa under 4850 m3/h with electronic speed regulation, motor 5,5 kW.
- Measuring of the pressures with electronic manometers + 3000 Pa et - 3000 Pa with reading per 1 Pa.
- Reading of the flow + 3000 et -3000 Pa with a manual 5 diaphragm system with indication by the computer when to change the diaphragm.
- Measurable airflow from 1 to 600 m3/h.
- Spray bars with normalised nozzles EN norm and pressure controlled flow.
- Measuring bar with 3 electronic comparators and data acquisition for the bending.
- System with 4 valves, permitting to perform all the test with positive and negative pressure, the 50 pulsations from + to - with temporization and automatic stop.
- Wind resistance test with maximum flow valve, which permits to use the full capacity of the ventilator.
- Evacuation of water is with automatic drain valve.
